Hooray!! Faux fur jacket weather is here, and of course we broke them out of our closets! We Attempted to do some x-mas shopping on South Congress before we head out of town for the holidays! So of course ended up at Feathers where we found some amazing necklaces!! It was so cold that we only ventured to Feathers, but that boutique was all we needed for our fashion fix of the day. Topped off the cold day with some yummy red vino; what a perfect way to end a chilly fab day!!

Can't believe Christmas is already next week!!! Where has this year gone; must say 2010 came and went pretty fast! Our looks were from a casual day this past weekend on the start of our x-mas shopping; we like to cut it close. Of course we did not find any gifts worth purchasing so our shopping mission is really on high this week and weekend!!! We have faith that we will succeed though; shopping is afterall our favorite hobby!!! Hope all have a jolly day!

We both chose some top pieces to wear on this evening from our 2 fav boutiques, J's from Feathers and B's from their new sister store - Moss!!! We ended up just heading to some dive bars, but those are always the most fun!!! Not to mention, dive bars always seem to have extra friendly bartenders who like to make strong drinks with cheap prices!! After 1 drink on this night, we both thought any idea was "the best idea" we've ever heard!!! Love nights like that!!!

Both of us went with some of our own fav velvet pieces of our own designs, Identical Duet, for a night out attending the opening of a fabulous new store, Moss!! It is owned by the same women who own our go to spot to shop, Feathers Boutique, and of course we fell in love with the place just as much as Feathers! Moss is vintage as well, but it is a bit more higher end with some beautiful pieces such as Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, and Hermes. Of course we fell in love with so many pieces, but in order not to be selfish, we of course had to do some decision making. Being that we are both so indecisive when it comes to shopping it was agony trying to narrow down what to purchase with so many yummy pieces surrounding us! In the end J decided on an amazing colorful Chanel slip dress, and B chose a pale pink bohemian top and a black silk tailored layering vest. What a fabulous night at Moss! Everyone in attendance was so fashionable!! Loves it!!

We both had little girl dreams of becoming a princess, needless to say it hasn't happened - yet! Just because we don't live in England doesn't mean we can't be excited for the new princess, Kate! Especially with her chic, classic style. I don't know who's wedding dress we are more excited for, hers or Nicole Richie's!!! Both will for sure not disappoint!!!
