Hippie chic were the looks we aimed for the other night out when we went to see live music by Eek-a-Mouse!! The show was crowded with an interesting blend of all types of people!! Think we stood out a little because we were some of the only girls, let alone girls looking girlie! White leggings and see through lace were bound to get us some looks!! Of course we also showed off some of our new pieces which were perfect for a night out on the town! All in all though, the night was great and the alcohol definitely flowed!! Yay!!! Friday is here again!!! New York fashion week is over for us fashionistas but now we still have the Oscars to look forward to in the fashion world! Thank goodness the warm weather stayed for a bit so we could wear these outfits the other day because today is gloomy and cool! J definitely was inspired by dreaming of a trip to somewhere exotic and wore her new scarf from our mom's boyfriend has a sexy top! While B took a cue from the hipsters of NYC! B's vintage purse doesn't really fit much in it so she chose to wear it has a piece of jewelry (her phone wouldn't even fit)!!!

The day downtown was a productive and fun one!! Worked with our main man, Franklin, on some patterns and spread sheets for our line!! It was a very hot and sticky day so after working for a while with him we headed to the Mart for some cold drinks to cool off and a snack before heading back to Santa Monica! On our way out we saw these fantastic sculptures in the courtyard and knew we had to pose with these great creatures for our blog!!! Enjoy!!

Another Downtown day calls to us today! Seriously the weather here is ridiculously perfect, thank goodness a beach just happens to be down the street from us!!! Wore these outfits on a day where cruising fashion store windows was fun but a little annoying since we of course lusted after too many of the mannequin's looks! Got dressed up for a night out on the town during the long nice weekend!! Both of us wore some fun new purchases we had made recently at Forever 21!! Sad this past gorgeous weekend is over!! It was seriously phenomenally beautiful and we got to enjoy it for 3 days!! Although it was packed with people coming to the beach all weekend; we can not complain!! Hope everyone has been checking out all the shows and pics of fashion week on Style.com because the designs are looking fab! Have to admit that our favorite things to look at during all fashion weeks are what the fashionistas of the world wear to the shows and on the streets!! Love it!
