Comfy leggings and ballet flats were our chosen attire for a not so fun day stuck at the DPS to renew our licenses!! So we had to pretty ourselves up, and both went for tops of color to hopefully get decent photos on our driver's licenses!!! J went for a forest green crochet tank to go her her classic cropped black leggings. While B chose her light pink calypso top, and added some fun by wearing it with her camo leggings. Thank goodness we both have good tans for our new photos!! The day was long, but at least we both took good photos that will be bearable to flash for the next ten years!!

Another Shady day, so Ray Bans were needed to protect our pretty brown eyes from the extreme sunshine! We both dream of being "evening dress girls," but in all actuality we are "t-shirt girls" on a daily basis. However, the fun lies in the fact we can dream up gowns till the day comes for our red carpet debuts!!! B wore the "T" look with a casual flare with jean shorts and vintage accessories; the straw bag made the look ever so beach ready! It was a perfect size for a wallet and phone, the must have necessities! The cherry's and the "Tiki" embroidery were just an added cuteness to the look! J's "T" look was definitely more dressed up with her high shoes and the fun shiny leggings! So we didn't look completely like we should not be going to the same place, she wore a fab vintage Givenchy scarf like a modern Gidget! Made her look a bit more summery and casual! Hope all have a fab and fashionable day!

Roller Disco!!!! Styled a 70's inspired shoot at a roller rink last week, and must say we want to bring back disco fashion asap!! All the girls were so much fun! Must admit that most of the pieces we used for the shoot were from our own personal closets; we are obsessed with Bianca Jagger, circa studio 54, after all!! The beautiful models, Shelby and Elena, were put in two very different 70's looks. Amanda Pye did the awesome make up on the gals using bright colors and glitter to coordinate with the outfits! While Misty Mittelstedt did a Farrah Fawcett inspired hair on Shelby and an old school Afro look on Elena, so fab!! We dressed Shelby in a shiny green Saturday Night Fever type of dress paired with big dangle earrings to glam up her old school roller skates! While we did a more Boogie Nights classic roller girl look on Elena with knee high socks, pink bootie shorts, a sequin halter, gold bangles, and of course some big gold hoops for her to boogie about on the rink in!! All in all, it was so much fun, and we can't wait to see all the amazing photos Krystal Malloy took at the shoot!!! Hope all have a fab day!!!

Flats were a must, especially since walking up and down South Congress Street requires some careful walking! This street has the best shops and restaurants, not to mention a great music venue and the fab Hotel San Jose! This warm weather definitely took its toll on us though, we only made it to a few shops, but saved our fav for last, Feathers! Vintage and jewelry galore!!! A glass of wine tipped off our little trip and it was perfect afternoon! The only way it could have been better is if we saw the newest Harry Potter film, but think we will wait till the crowds weed out!!!

Parachute pants were both of our pick for a day spent doing some vintage and used clothing hunting!! B paired her pants with lots of jewelry and a corset belt; while J had a more simple top and added some funk with an over sized vintage locket. Although we both love the way our heels looked with our fashions, our feet did not love us!! After a day spent walking in and out of different vintage store and the goodwill, we both opted for flats for the rest of the weekend! What a girl does for her heels!! At least the day was a success with some great finds and pieces for the roller disco shoot we are styling!! Love sequins, glitter, and neon!! Hope all had a fab weekend and are ready for the week!!

For a day spent prepping for one of our first styling fashion photo shoots, we opted for two very different looks!! J went for the classic black and white look, but added some glam with her jewelry and high espadrilles! While B went for funky with her wide leg striped pants and pairing them with a white tiger T! We are excited to venture into the styling part of the fashion biz because it is something we have always wanted to do, and we finally get to test our skills!! Our first shoot is a disco roller 70's look, so perfect for us!! So we have been busy hunting halters, sequins, and feathers!! Needless to say we are having to much fun looking for all the goodies for the shoot!!! Off to find more glam 70's items!! Hope all have a fab day!!
