It has been a long day, but finally home from visiting our pops in Texas! We are so ready to veg out! Both of us fell fast asleep, open mouth and all, on the whole plane ride. Of course, the only two babies on the plane were in our row, and brought some screaming and crying for entertainment. Luckily our headphones drowned them out so they didn't manage to wake us! Texas was wonderful, but it is lovely to be back in the comfort of our little sunny Santa Monica nugget!

We get inspired by so many films, but some of our favs are the movies done by Wes Anderson! The music, the cinematography, the costumes, and of course the humor he infuses in the characters sparks style in the world of fashion.

Spent the day downtown in the garment district searching for fabric ideas. We found some cool ones, now just have to apply them to our designs. The fun part is now beginning! The sun was out, but the cold wind down there was much more brisk than we were expecting, Jenna wish she had worn pants! Warm coffee from our fav, "Coffee Bean," was a must for not only the warmth but also a big caffeine jolt!!! Now it is time to pack to travel tomorrow to Texas! The hard part is, what the heck should we pack?!!

We both were channeling totally different looks, but love that we looked very different! After a couple of fun nights out we are ready to start on some new fun design ideas!! The weekend was very inspiring; people watching really draws great new piece ideas to start creating!! Love being excited to start creative designs!! Why can't "Manic Mondays" be "Monday Fun-day!!"

Champagne Thursday is a must in our own little world!!! No one can say "no" to a glass of champagne; the bubbles are just too fun!!! It was a glamorous night on the town, at least in our eyes.
